4 Ingredient Chutney BBQ Chicken cooked to perfection in two incredibly delicious sauce;  Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce and Chutney Sauce. Sweet. Savory. Juicy. Simple to make. Goes well with any side dish. Finger - licking good!

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken legs
  • 1 Crosse & Blackwell Major Grey's Chutney, 9 oz
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the Chutney sauce and the BBQ sauce. Set aside.
  • Thoroughly wash the chicken then lightly season with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes in an electric skillet on 350 degrees. Pour the BBQ mixture over the chicken then cook again for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm with any side of your choice.

Notes

Tips and Notes / Most Noteworthy:

The chicken drumsticks may also be cooked in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
